If you visit this website or use any of the services of YOUTH Forum, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. DISPUTES

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your visit to YOUTH Forum or to services provided by YOUTH Forum or through YOUTH Forum will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, unless required by the local country’s law.
To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to Ta3mal.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO MENTORS, MENTEES AND VOLUNTEERS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, profile and passwords, as applicable. You may not share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and you shall be responsible for all uses of your YOUTH Forum site registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify YOUTH Forum of any unauthorized use of your account, profile, or passwords.
The providers of volunteer opportunities are solely responsible for their postings on YOUTH Forum sites. YOUTH Forum is not responsible for the opportunity identified or published and any consequences that may result out of it.
You understand and acknowledge that if you cancel your mentor account and / or profile or your account and / or profile is terminated, all your account information from YOUTH Forum will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from YOUTH Forum databases. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through YOUTH Forum web servers.
YOUTH Forum reserves the right to remove any mentor profile or mentee from any YOUTH Forum Site, which in the reasonable exercise of YOUTH Forum discretion, does not comply with the above Terms, or if any content is posted that YOUTH Forum believes is not in the best interest of YOUTH Forum .
If at any time during your use of the YOUTH Forum site or services, you make a misrepresentation of fact to YOUTH Forum or otherwise misled YOUTH Forum in regards to the nature of your mentorship or volunteer activities, YOUTH Forum will have grounds to terminate your use of the YOUTH Forum site and services.

YOUTH Forum Liability

The YOUTH Forum site acts as, among other things a forum for woman leadership providing mentorship and volunteer opportunities. YOUTH Forum does not screen or censor mentors or volunteer opportunities including profiles posted. YOUTH Forum is not involved in the actual communication between mentors and manatees. While YOUTH Forum reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove Mentor/mentees profiles and volunteer opportunities or other material from the YOUTH Forum sites from time to time, YOUTH Forum does not assume any obligation to do so and to the extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action.
Note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the YOUTH Forum site. By its very nature other people’s information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that you will use caution and common sense when using the YOUTH Forum site.
Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, YOUTH Forum cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. If notified of any content or other materials which allegedly do not conform to these Terms, YOUTH Forum may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to remove or request the removal of the content. YOUTH Forum has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.
Any career advice provided to a user of the YOUTH Forum is offered in good faith but you agree that YOUTH Forum and its employees and agents are not employment or career professionals and that you will use your own judgment on whether and to what degree to rely on such career advice. YOUTH Forum, on behalf of itself and its affiliates and licensors, does not represent, warrant, promise or guarantee any specific outcome in relation to its career advice or that such outcome will always be successful or positive. Collection of Your Personal Information

While YOUTH Forum continues to actively review and implement new technology, such as expanded filtering features, there is no technology that will totally prevent the sending and receiving of unsolicited e-mail.
